The box eventually went to 3 alarms and All Hands Working. Extra men were called in to help. The fire eventually made it from the first floor of 212 Turner St. to the roof and extended over to the "Delta" exposure at 214 Turner St. 4 firefighters were on a metal fire escape on the 'Bravo' side when it got electrified by a power line to the building. You'll see them hurrying off the escape in our video. They were being treated at Sacred Heart Hospital just a block away. Another firefighter was injured and you'll see that in our video. Over 30 people were displaced by this fire and the 2 buildings had to be torn down.
